Often small differences with neighbours can escalate to an extent that they make your lives difficult, if not intolerable. We meet for one or more sessions to work through the conflict. There is an initial one to one meeting with the mediator followed by the first joint session at a time to suit all parties. The mediator will advise the participants about likely costs at the initial meeting. They will be in the region of £350 per household for the first joint session and £200 per household if a follow-up session is needed.
