SKU: 1

Before you have a joint mediation meeting, it is a requirement for family mediation that you have an initial one to one meeting with a mediator. We explain how mediation works, answer any questions you may have and assess that your situation is appropriate for mediation.

  • MIAM Information

You will meet with one mediator for between 45 minutes and an hour. With your interests in mind, we will review how the process works and whether it can help you to move away from dispute, stress and conflict. As accredited mediators, we are required to share certain mediation-related information with you at this meeting before moving to a joint meeting.

  • Payment and Cancelations

Meetings are to be paid for in full at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. We require two full working days’ notice to cancel a meeting without charge. If a meeting is cancelled with less than this notice, 25% of the meeting fee  is payable by both parties as a cancellation fee.

  • Where?

We are based in North West London but can meet with you in various locations across London. We will discuss the location best suited to you and where possible we will look to set up the meeting there.
