Often small differences with neighbours can escalate to an extent that they make your lives difficult, if not intolerable. We meet for one or more sessions to work through the conflict. There is an initial one to one meeting with the mediator followed by the first joint session at a time to suit all parties. Where a third party (such as a housing assocation) is looking to set the mediation meeting up, there will be pre mediation telephone, in person or online meetings with the parties. These will be charged at £100 per party.
