Child Arrangements Mediation-1.5 hours
Where a joint family mediation meeting takes place and you need to sort out arrangements for your children, we meet usually for an hour and a half and work towards a mediated co-Parenting Agreement. The fee per person is £150/£180 per hour.(usually £225/£270 per person for the meeting)
Meeting Information
We meet and work together to find a way forward for you both. Children are not invited into the mediation meetings. (See Direct Consulation with Children for more info about hearing the voice of the children). The number of sessions you have depends on you, the preparation you do in advance of the meeting and whether there is a will to move things forwards in the meetings.
We usually sit together in one room. There is also a 'shuttle mediation' option where you cannot be in the same room. We can give you more information about this when we meet.
Cancellation
Meetings are to be paid for in full at least two working days in advance of the appointment.We require two full working days’ notice to cancel a meeting without charge. If a meeting is cancelled with less than this notice, 25% of the meeting fee is payable as a cancellation fee.
