You will be asked to sign a booking form and pay for the meeting 5 clear business days in advance. You will be sent an Agreement to Mediate at teh same time which set out the full terms and conditions of the process. 

Once an appointment is made we ask you to do your best to keep to it. If appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, we are unable to offer those appointments to other clients.

 

Sometimes you will need to postpone or cancel your mediation session. If you need to cancel or postpone your mediation,then please let us know as early as possible. We do not charge a cancellation fee as long as we receive at least 5 clear working days’ notice in advance of an appointment. Please note that 5 working days means that an appointment must be cancelled exactly a week before it is due to take place.

If we do not receive  at least 5 working days’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the mediation fee plus any unrecoverable room hire costs. This is reduced to 25% (plus room hire costs)  if you can reschedule the mediation to take place within 14 days of the original appointment. If you miss or do not attend appointments on the day or do not rebook within 14 days, your fee will not be refunded and you are charged the full fee.
