We recognise the disruption that workplace conflict places both on the individuals concerned and on the organisation who they work for. We offer a fixed fee rate for charities.Our commitment is to undertake the work which will usually take around 7 hours in total for the fixed fee.The fixed fee will apply for up to a maximum of 15 hours. After 15 hours an additional rate of £100 per hour will be payable, although we do not anticipate this happening very frequently (save for larger group conflicts where more time will be required to be spent with the individuals concerned.)
